Take it easy on fizzy drinks

Get enough sleep
Sleep deprivation will only make you eat more, and not even the right kind of food. Midnight snacks and sugar cravings will increase the amount of fat in your body. Try getting at least 7 hours of sleep per day and avoid working late. Don’t bring your work home. You should associate your bedroom with sleep, relaxation and rest. Avoid brining your laptop to bed, leave all the electronics outside and get some rest.
