Quick Turkey Pot Pie



  • 2cups mixed vegetables
  • 2cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1(10 ounce) can cream soup, undiluted (chicken or mushroom)
  • 1cup Bisquick
  • 1egg
  • 12cup milk


  1. Place turkey and vegetables in a 8 inch pie pan.
  2. Cover with soup.
  3. Mix egg,milk and bisquick.
  4. Pour over top.
  5. Bake at 400F 30-35 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with favorite salad.
