Introducing a delicious recipe that’s GOOD for you…

Raw Seedy Flapjacks

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup of raisins

1 cup dried unsulphured apricots

1 tablespoon of Primrose’s Kitchen Raw 5 seed butter

2 tablespoons of Primrose’s Kitchen Almond and Hemp Butter

2 cups of gluten free oats

1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed

Blend raisins and apricots until smooth in a blender, add a dash of water if needed.
 Warm 2 tablespoons of the coconut oil slightly to melting point in a glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Combine with the oats and apricot/raisin mixture in a bowl.

Then mix in 1 tablespoon of Raw 5 Seed Butter, 2 tablespoons of Almond and Hemp Butter and the ground flaxseed.

Mix together and press into lined baking tin and leave in the fridge to cool for 5 hours.
