English Muffins With Bacon Butter

Ingredients

• ¹⁄₂cup butter, softened
• ³⁄₄teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 4pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 4 -6English muffins, split

Directions

1. In a bowl combine butter and mustard; stir in bacon.
2. Toast english muffins; spread with bacon butter.
3. Refrigerate any leftover butter.
