If you’ve never used a retailer’s curbside pickup option, you’re truly missing out. The convenient service sees employees shopping for you and bringing your items directly to your car so that you never have to set foot in the store. Now, Target is stepping up its already impressive service.
Starting in the fall, Target will add the option to add your Starbucks order to your pickup, and it’s not the only new impressive feature that’s coming.
According to a press release, the upcoming feature is a direct result of customer feedback. In fact, it was the most requested service when customers were polled. The new Starbucks option will roll out in select (and yet unnamed) cities in the fall, and more will begin to debut through the remainder of 2022. When it does drop in your city, you’ll indicate that you’re on the way to the store and have the option to add a Starbucks order.
In addition to being able to add a Starbucks order, you’ll also soon be able to conduct returns curbside, too. You’ll use the Target app to initiate a return and fill in all the information online. Then, you’ll finish the process when you get to the store.
If you were already a fan of Target’s curbside pickup, it’s soon to get even better. Until the service launches, though, you can still make at-home Starbucks Shaken Espresso.
